We ship mainly using the United States Postal Service (USPS). For very large items we ship overland private shipping companies. The package will include a packing list which will include the value of each item unless the shipment is intended for a gift and the prices will not be stated. Regardless of the method of shipping we will insure all shipments. Please note that if for any reason that there is damage to the shipment it is your responsibility to notify the shipping company and file a claim for the damage. You must save all packing material so that the shipping agent can inspect the damaged item and the packaging material and method of packing. The shipper many also want to verify the value of the item from the invoice. Filing a claim with the shipper is a requirement for us to replace the item or refund the value of the item. If the item is not in stock we will notify you and give you the choose of substituting another item of equal value or refunding of the damaged item amount. All items shown on the website are photographed and described as to size. All items are hand made and hand decorated unless noted otherwise. Since all items are hand made and decorated they will not be perfect nor will two like items be perfectly matched as to size, color, or pattern. In other words there will be slight variations. Our Return Policy is as follows: 20% of item value + all postage and insurance.
